As a pre-order bonus for the album on the iTunes Store, "Derezzed" was released as a promotional single on November 9, 2010. A deluxe edition of the album will be released that includes a poster of the duo from the film. A "special presentation" trailer featuring Daft Punk and their track " Derezzed" was released online on October 26, 2010. The first theatrical trailer for TRON: Legacy featured the track "The Game Has Changed".
